If the requested service is cancelled 24 hours prior to the service timing, no cancellation fee will be charged. However, a bank service fee of up to 3 % of the total transaction amount is deducted.

If the requested service is cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the service but more than 12 hours prior to the service requested,  a cancellation fee of 50% will be charged.  Also, a bank service fee of up to 3 % of the total transaction is deducted.

If the requested service is cancelled less than 12 hours prior to the service booked, we would follow a no refund policy.

You need to call the chauffeur with detail of the belongings and vice versa, if he finds it; he will call you or inform us to do so.
