2. After few seconds of your submission, an automated confirmation will be sent to your email.
3. Within 30 minutes you shall receive an email with the quotation or informing you the time thats needed to reconfirm our allocations on the requested date and time in the particular city.
4. One acceptance of the quotation, a booking confirmation will be sent to your email post

A payment gateway will be provided via email or our website.

All details will be provided via email 24 before the service time.

If the requested service is cancelled 24 hours prior to the service timing in the particular city, no cancellation fee will be charged. However, a bank service fee of up to 3 % of the total transaction amount is deducted.

If the requested service is cancelled LESS than 24 hours prior to the service in the particular city, we charge 100% cancellation fees.

The Chauffeur will be informing the dispatcher and alternative arrangements will be made before service.

You need to call the chauffeur or email us with detail of the belongings and vice versa, if he finds it; we will call or email you.

If NOT COLLECTED, It will be kept in our safe custody for 90 days before disposing if off thereafter without any risk or liability on behalf of the company or its employees.

We DO NOT take the responsibility for any high value belongings lost during the services.
